Janet Leathers, DO

Dr. Janet Leathers was born in Dallas, Texas. She attended State University of New York at Geneseo, in upstate New York, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2006. She desired for warmer weather and attended medical school at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ and completed her degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She recently completed residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center where she received the J.Kipp Charlton Resident Humanitarian award which recognizes a resident who made significant contributions to advocacy, health care, and service to the greater community. She has a special interest in advocacy and children with special health care needs.
