Alessandra Mangione, DNP, FNP-C

Alessandra Mangione is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing a wealth of experience and a whole-child approach to Desert Valley Pediatrics.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Alessandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in Virginia. She began her impressive career as a pediatric nurse at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham before moving to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. There, she excelled as a float pool nurse, gaining comprehensive experience across neonatal and pediatric specialties.

Driven by a deep passion for the health of children and their families, Alessandra advanced her education, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2025. Her commitment is to provide the highest quality, most compassionate care.

Outside of the clinic, Alessandra enjoys an active life, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors for walking and hiking, traveling, and painting. She is excited to bring her extensive experience and dedication to the Desert Valley Pediatrics family.
