Alessandra Mangione, DNP, FNP-C

Alessandra was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in Virginia and began her career as a pediatric nurse at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham. Her dedication to children’s health led her to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she worked as a float pool nurse and gained comprehensive experience across neonatal and pediatric specialties. Alessandra earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2025. Throughout her career, she has been guided by a deep passion for caring for children and their families, with a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports the whole child. She is excited to bring that same dedication to Desert Valley Pediatrics. Outside of work, Alessandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors walking and hiking, traveling, and painting.
