Insurance Plans
We accept most major health plans including BCBS, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna and Humana. If your health plan is not listed please contact your health plan to ensure DVPeds (or a DVP provider) is listed as a contracted provider. Our practice NPI number for reference is: 1336354984.
We also accept AHCCCS plans through the state of Arizona’s Medicaid Program. We require your child to be assigned to a DVP provider as Primary Care Provider (PCP) before scheduling. This is a current list of the plans we accept: UHC, Mercy Care, AZ Complete & Health Choice.

Desert Valley Pediatrics values the health of your child. We provide simple and transparent rates for patients choosing to pay cash for their visit.
Well Child Check
$120
Each visit includes a complete physical exam. At this exam, the health care provider will check the child’s growth and development in order to find or prevent problems.
Even if your child is healthy, well-child visits are a good time to focus on your child’s wellness. Talking about ways to improve care and prevent problems helps keep your child healthy.
Sick Visit
$150
The visit involves evaluating your child’s symptoms and medical history, determining the cause of the problem, prescribing the necessary treatment, providing general health advice, and discussing any other important details.
Lab tests and screenings performed by Desert Valley Pediatrics are included unless otherwise stated.
