Your co-payment is due at the time of service; our insurance department will be happy to provide you with any medical information necessary for you to receive proper reimbursement.

Paying Your Bill

Statements are mailed monthly. Any error in the statement should be immediately brought to the attention of the billing office. All charges are due and payable upon receipt of the statement. Please contact our billing department if you need to arrange a payment plan. An account over 90 days without payment will be referred to our collection agency. For your convenience, you may pay your bill over the phone, or by mail.

Most billing questions are best handled by your insurance company. By the time you get our statement we have done most of what we can do to resolve any billing issues.
