Family
Dr. Kristen Stanley was born in Bellevue, Washington and at a young age moved nearby to Gig Harbor where her family lives today.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas earning a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Afterwards, she returned to Washington where her love for medicine, particularly in pediatrics, continued to grow through service positions and the opportunity to work at a local private practice.
She moved to Arizona for medical school and graduated in 2013 from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital/Maricopa Medical Center and joined Desert Valley Pediatrics in 2016. In her free time, Dr. Stanley enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with her family.
